Sellers Guidelines
To sell your equipment in one of our auctions you must follow these guidlines and complete the forms:

NOTE: YOUR CONSIGNOR # MUST BE MARKED ON EACH UNIT
NOTICE: DeMott Auction Co., Inc. (DAC) WILL NOT accept any consignments without proper written consent (i.e. Signature and full contact information.)
All titled vehicles MUST be titled in consignors' name a $25.00 per title fee will be charged on all titled vehicles. All titles not received 72 hrs prior to auction will be subject to no sale and to a $200.00 fee per titled item. All equipment must be dropped off with 1/2 tank of fuel or there will be a $5/Gal refueling charge. There will be charged a $10.00 per item minimum charged for all items consigned into any of DAC auctions.
CONSIGNORS: Send your pictures to us and we wll put on our website! Please save your files as the name of the items and the last 6 digits of the serial/vin number for each item if applicable
1. I acknowledge that each item consigned, will be delivered to the sale site at least 3 days prior to auction date with no liens or encumbrances. I understand that each titled vehicle must be delivered with title and fuel at least 3 days prior to auction or face penalty.
2. I agree that commission and all other fees will be deducted by (DAC) prior to settlement
3. I agree to sell all items at public auction to the highest bidder regardless of price.
4. I acknowledge that advertising will be at the discretion of auctioneer. I further agree that any items advertised will be delivered to the auction site 5 days prior to the auction date or I will reimburse (DAC) for advertising expenses.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CONSIGNMENTS THAT DO NOT HAVE SELLER’S SIGNATURE AS WRITTEN CONSENT.
